Every Mercato service agreement includes:

• Setup Fee: One-time, non-refundable

• Initial Term: 120 days (excludes 3-week implementation + 60-day guarantee + 60-day optimization)

• Auto-Renewal: Month-to-month after 120 days

• Cancellation: 30 days written notice required after 120-day initial term
